The design of the Business Architecture Business Unit in Standard Bank in 2012 introduced the organisation that could take control of business and IT-related changes whilst enabling the TOGAF 9™ governance principles.

The design of the business of the “Loyalty and Reward” in Standard Bank during 2013 allowed the very small team to retain control over more than 120 third parties. This required the design of efficient engagement practices and clear business processes to be executed.
