The current focus is a development initiative to design the business of operating a financial department within and organisation. The challenge with this work is the enormous amount of detail around financial control of funds. The target to go to market will be August 2017.

The City of Windhoek allocated the tender for the end-to- end design of 25 critical business processes. This work required that the basic business design of the four core business units of Urban Planning and Property Management (UPPM); Electricy Supply; Water and Sanitation; as well as Solid Waste Management (SWM). The project worked with the input, but delivered the design of 36 business processes and highlighted the shortcomings and reasons for lower than expected income.

The follow-on project will commence second half of 2017 and focus on the full design of the Urban Planning and Property Management (UPPM) with more than 30 business processes to be added.
